Partnership proposal · September 2026/27

A bigger, steadier partnership for Parrs Wood’s learners.

We have taught your students all year. This sets out how we make next year stronger: one fully managed provision, built around your students and locked in for the whole year, that adapts as each learner’s needs change.

How we work

Reachable, and quick to respond

What schools tell us stands out is rarely one number. It is that we are reachable and quick to respond at every step, and that we run the whole thing alongside your team rather than at arm’s length.

Lesson access, sorted the same day

If a student ever has trouble getting into a session, a quick message gets it resolved that day, so learning time is protected.

Flexible around your calendar

PD days, options blocks, exams: we reshape the schedule with you quickly and keep the cadence steady, and we walk your team through the data whenever you want it.

This is how we operate week to week, not just when a proposal is on the table.

Already live at Parrs Wood

This is not a cold pitch. We are already delivering.

Models already used: Academy, with Blueprint

This year was led by our Academy provision, a full live online school for students who cannot access the classroom, with live Blueprint groups where they helped. The brief we want to deliver against in full next year: keeping your hardest-to-reach learners engaged and progressing on a proper timetable, and bringing them back toward the classroom.

The opportunity for 2026/27

One partner, the right provision for each kind of need

The same platform, teachers and quality system can cover the full range of need in your cohort, so you are not stitching together different providers. Each programme is a different tool for a different learner.

Academy
North Star: Attendance

A full live online school for non-attenders and EBSA learners. Your current provision.

Live now
Compass
North Star: Regulation

1:1 specialist support for high-need SEND, EHCP, SEMH or EAL learners.

Recommended next step
Blueprint
North Star: Behaviour

Live group teaching inside your own timetable and schemes of work, for in-school AP.

Used this year
Distinction
North Star: Curriculum

Exam-focused stretch for learners capable but below target, geared to GCSE grades.

Optional
The natural next step is Compass: dedicated 1:1 specialist support for your highest-need pupils, the kind a school can rarely resource internally. It layers straight onto your Academy groups, so the same partner covers both the group and the individual.
Reliability by design

Booked for the whole year, quality you can see

We block the entire academic year up front. Teachers and slots are fixed and simply run, so there is no termly re-approval and no gap where sessions can drop off.

Every lesson recorded and observed against a structured rubric
An observe, feedback, coaching, re-observe cycle for every teacher
You may use the same rubric for your own drop-in observations
Named, qualified, fully-checked subject teachers, clearances confirmed to you

Academy QA rubric (your current provision)

What next year looks like

Commit to a full year, and we build it around your cohort

1
You confirm the cohort for September. The learners, the subjects, and which programmes fit which needs (Academy, plus Compass and Blueprint where they help).
2
We block the whole year and assign named teachers. Clearances confirmed to your Business Manager before we start.
3
It runs, and you can see it. Recorded, rubric-graded lessons, a weekly attendance summary and a half-termly progress report, and the same rubric in your hands for drop-ins.
4
We review together each term. Attendance, engagement and progress against your goals, with the mix adjusted as needs change.

Commercials are per group or per session, not per registered learner, so you only pay for what runs: Academy at £139 per pupil per week, Blueprint at £29.17 per teaching hour (from £4.86 per student at six), Compass at £29.17 per hour. We will set the exact figures with you against the cohort.

Let’s plan Parrs Wood’s 2026/27 together

A short call to agree the cohort, lock the year, and add the right provision for your highest-need pupils. We will have it set up and ready for September.
